The printing of stickers is very different from traditional printing. Stickers are usually printed by a sticker coupling machine, and multiple processes are completed at the same time, such as printing pictures, mold cutting, waste discharge, cutting, rewinding, etc. In other words, one end is the input of the entire volume of raw materials, and the other end outputs the finished product. Finished products are divided into single sheets or roll stickers, and finished product stickers can be directly applied to goods. Therefore, the dry paste printing process is more complicated, and the requirements for equipment performance and printing personnel quality are also higher.
First understand the basic structure of printed stickers and the functions of each part. The structure of the sticker material is composed of three parts: surface material, adhesive and floor paper, but from the perspective of manufacturing process and quality assurance, the sticker material is composed of seven parts.
1, back painting or back printing
The lamp paint is a protective coating on the back of the bottom to prevent discharge and glue the glue around the reel label to the end. Another role is to create multiple layers of labels. The back printing function is to print the producer's registered trademark or pattern on the back of the base paper, which has the effect of publicity and anti-counterfeiting.
2. Surface coating.
Lets you change the surface properties of a face. Improve the surface tension, change the color, increase the protective layer, etc., to achieve the purpose of better accepting ink, easy printing, preventing dirt, improving ink adhesion, and preventing the printing door from falling off. Surface coating is mainly used for non-absorbent materials, such as aluminum foil, aluminized paper and various film materials.
3. Fabric
That is, the surface material is a material that accepts a picture printed on the front side, and the back side accepts an adhesive, and then is applied to the paste material.
In general, flexible deformation of the material can be used as a commonly used paper, film, composite foil, a variety of fibers, thin metal sheet, rubber and other non-drying adhesive materials. The type of cotton depends on the application and printing process. Cotton material should be able to adapt to printing and printing, good ink, have enough strength to adapt to casting, waste, paper cutting, punching, stickers and other processing.
4. Adhesive Sticker-Adhesive
The adhesive acts as a medium between the label material and the adhesive equipment and has a connecting effect. According to the characteristics, it can be divided into two kinds: permanent and removable. It has a variety of formulations, suitable for different faces and situations. Adhesive is a very important component of undried adhesive material technology and is the key to label application technology.
5. The detachment coating (silicone coating) refers to the coating of silicone oil on the surface of the floor. After coating with silicone oil, the floor will become a low surface tension and smooth surface, which will prevent the glue from sticking to the floor.
6. Adhesive Stickers-Floor Paper
The function of the bottom is to accept the special-shaped coating, protect the adhesive on the back of the cotton, support the cotton, cut the mold, discard, and let the sticker be labeled.
7、Sticker-Brush the bottom layer
Like the surface coating, it is only applied to the back of the fabric. The main purpose of applying the bottom layer is:
(1) Protect the fabric to prevent glue penetration.
(2) Increase the opacity of the fabric.
(3) Increase the adhesion between the adhesive hibernation materials.
(4) Prevent the plasticizer on the plastic surface from penetrating into the adhesive, thereby affecting the performance of the adhesive, thereby reducing the adhesion of the label and preventing the label from falling off.
